Dr. Worrell, you inspired me before I even knew who you were or what instrument you played. I was trying to learn Flashlight on the electric bass and wasn't figuring it out. I went to the micromoog and thought "I'm closer, but nah that can't be a synth." I channel your approach every time I turn on my minimoog or any other synth. Thanks for defining for me what funk is and for making it so fun. I will always remember you! Deepest condolences to your loved ones. -EJK
